Okay so i've gone all soppy and in thinking about my world i decided that this ring plays a big part, it was an 18th birthday present from my partner which i always wear, it injects my uni world with a little bit of my home world.
For my last body of work i looked at macro work so i'd like to continue this in this project , however i'd like to get more abstract and much closer! I dont quite have the right lense for the job yet so a trip to the stores may be in order!

I like this idea and I think your macro work looked impressive. Considering your camera is 10MP if you get as close as you can but still usea good ISO etc. you could probably get away with cropping the image to zoom in on the part you want?
Like fool the viewer to how close you actually got?
